Renew or Perish
Renew or Perish explores the ephemeral nature of contemporary fashion through the tension between fragility and structure. Inspired by the accelerated cycles of fast fashion and digital culture, the project challenges conventional relationships between body and garment by exposing the construction normally concealed within clothing. Textile experimentation, sculptural volumes and industrial finishes converge in a piece that reflects on desire, consumption and the fleeting pursuit of novelty.
